Knicks remain unbeaten 6-0 beat Spurs in San Antonio

Ok maybe the Knicks will be 82-0 after all. Just kidding, but seriously this Knick team plays as a team. On a night that Carmelo wasn’t Carmelo others stepped up and played well to lead the Knicks to a 104-100 win in SanAntonio against a very good Spurs team. The others include Ray Felton who lead the Knicks with 25 points and 7 assists looking like the player the Knicks had before the Carmelo trade. Big contribution down the stretch from Jason Kidd providing veteran leadship hitting big shot after big shot and playing tough defense. So far yes it is early but the Knicks are looking every bit the team New York fans love to root for. Tough, gritty, defensive minded and everyone playing as a team. By the way, no one is missing Jeremy Lin right now are they? Just saying…

I am a lifelong New York Mets, Knicks and Jets and Giants fan. I root hard for my teams and have rooted for them even when it wasn't and in some cases still isn't easy. I enjoy talking sports, and on here I get to write about it as well. I have my thoughts hence Small thoughts, we will not always agree, but respectfully speak about what we feel.
