One thing I remember about this fight …it was over before it began. As a teenager I was really hyped for this fight. Duane Bobick was unbeaten he was billed as the next great white hope. Ken Norton was a legit heavy weight contender who wanted a title shot. Question was would Bobick derail Norton’s goal of a title shot? I had my soda ready, potatoe chips ready, popcorn ready (Hey I was a teenager back then)…it’s over ?it’s over ? yep just that quick …well see it for yourself. Duane Bobick vs Ken Norton .
